PDR KONGRE 2023 - Registration

NOTE 1

There is no distinction in the prices in the table with/without notification. Prices are determined according to the working status and institutions of the participants. 

NOTE 2
Participants who have paid the fee for the 24th International Psychological Counselling and Guidance Congress, which will be held in cooperation with Ankara University on 17-18-19 November 2023, must upload their receipts and complete the final registration process on our website. Participants who have previously made a final registration by filling out the form do not need to make a final registration through the site.

Congress fees are as follows:

- 20% incremental fee will be charged for late registrations.
- Members who owe dues will make their payments like non-members.
- Our congress will be held hybrid. The fees to be paid by the participants who will attend the congress online are the same as the fees in the table.
- Congress participation fee is valid for one paper. 50% discount will be applied for the second paper and 75% discount for the third paper.
  - Each participant who will personally attend the congress in co-authored studies is required to pay a registration fee.

                IMPORTANT NOTES
 

• All participants who will attend the congress must pay the participation fee.
• Participation fees paid will not be refunded.
• Papers for which the registration fee is not paid will not be included in the program.
• An author can participate with a maximum of 3 papers.
• Only those who pay the registration fee and register and make their presentations will be given a certificate of participation. To the participation fee; participation in the scientific program, file, notepad, bag, name badge, participation certificate are included.
• Undergraduate students cannot participate in our congress with a paper, their names cannot be written on any paper. They can apply to the "PDR Students Congress" organized by our association during the year.
• Undergraduate students are required to submit the student documents they will receive via e-government during the application to the congress.
• Participants who register by taking advantage of the association membership discount are required to submit documents or card photos regarding their association membership during the application.
• Prices include VAT.

   The account information to which congress fees will be deposited is given below. Participants should add their name-surname, TR ID number, paper number (or registration without paper) information in the explanation part when paying their participation fees.
